Sample Workout
***All workout sessions are geared to be exciting yet challenging. They will be EASY TO UNDERSTAND. They will be freestyle based. However, mixing in a little backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly from time-to-time will make it more interesting and less monotonous. The workouts are meant to take between 60-75 minutes. Adjust your distance and time intervals to coincide with your ability and experience. However, maintain the general theme of each practice session.
