The Fort Worth Mile Swim (1.0 mile)
Start time: 8:00 A.M.
The Fort Worth Iron-Distance Swim (2.4 mile)
Start time: 9:00 A.M.
Location
Benbrook Lake inside Dutch Branch Park
Directions:
1 mile past Benbrook Marina, inside Dutch Brach Park.
From I-20, head south 2 miles on Highway 377; then follow signs:
Turn left at Stevens Drive (huge billboard sign on your left - "Dutch Brach Park")
Go 1/10 mile, and turn left at VFW Hall.
Follow this road past the Marina, through park entrance (no cost to racers), for 1 mile to race site.

Both Events Individual Cost: $45.00

Single Event Individual Cost: $32.00
There is a $10.00 fee for each non-USAT registrant.
*If you are not a member of USAT, you will be required to obtain a One-Day USAT membership.
Custom t-shirt for each participant.
Event Site Rules
USAT Sanctioned:
The Fort Worth Mile Swim (1.0 mile) is a USA Triathlon sanctioned race.
The Fort Worth Iron-Distance Swim (2.4 mile) is a USA Triathlon sanctioned race.
Race will run parallel with the shore line, approximately 30 yards off shore.
This will be a cable swim (out and back); a rope, with buoys, will stretch the length of the course.
All participants will start from in the water, with a single 'GO' command for everyone at one time.
Wet suits will be allowed.
Red Cross certified lifeguards will patrol the course from boats and kayaks.
Medical personnel will be on site to secure our 'Safety First' policy.
